There is air in the water inlet pipe and pump body

(1) Some users did not irrigate enough water before the pump was started; sometimes the water that seemed to be irrigated had overflowed from the airichole, but the air was completely discharged without turning the pump axis. Essence

(2) The horizontal section of the water pipe in contact with the water pump is applied to a decrease slope of more than 0.5%of the water flow direction. One end of the pump inlet is the highest, and do not fully level. If it is tilted up, air will remain in the water pipe, which will reduce the vacuum in the water pipe and pump, which will affect water absorption.

(3) The fillers of the water pump have been pressed due to long -term use or over loose filler, resulting in a large amount of water sprayed out of the gap between the filler and the axis shaft cover. As a result, the external air enters the inside of the pump from these gaps. It affects the water lifting.

(4) Due to the long -term potential underwater, the pipe wall corrosion appears holes, and the water surface continues to decline after the pump work. When these holes are exposed, the air enters the water inlet pipe from the hole.

(5) Cracks appear in the bending pipe of the water inlet pipe. There is a small gap at the connection between the water inlet pipe and the pump connection.
