Improve the efficiency of horizontal centrifugal pump
The energy saving and consumption reduction of centrifugal pump should be explored constantly under the condition of combining theory with practice, boldly applying new technologies and looking for more reasonable and economic energy saving measures.
During the working process of centrifugal pump, the flow of pump water affects the viscosity of the friction and flow channel pump impeller surface and water itself. The energy consumption of the pump is mainly used to resist the water friction surface flow and eddy current resistance. The energy consumed in the water flow (head loss) is used to overcome the internal friction and the friction between the water and the device.
If the surface of pump and impeller is smooth (this surface is called hydraulic smooth surface), the surface resistance is small and the energy consumption is small.
