1、 Scrape away scale and rust accumulated on the inner surface of the impeller, sealing rings, bearings, and other places, and then clean and blow clean with water or compressed air.




2、 Clean the accumulated oil and rust on the joint surfaces of the shell.




3、 Clean the water seal pipe and check if the inside of the pipe is unobstructed.




4、 Clean the bearing shells and bearings, remove oil stains, and then clean the oil ring and oil level gauge. The ball bearings are cleaned with gasoline.




5、 Parts and components of the device that are temporarily not being cleaned should be protected with oil.
