1、 Fluoroplastic magnetic pump casing is divided into two types:

1. Perfluorinated shell: made of fluoroplastic alloy, with good corrosion resistance and certain wear resistance.

2. Fluorine lined shell: the outer cast steel is lined with fluoroplastics, which not only has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance, but also has pressure resistance. The applicable parameters are also relatively wide, and it is highly praised by users.

2、 Fluorine plastic magnetic pump impeller:

The impeller is made of perfluorinated plastic, which has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance. It is suitable for strong corrosive liquids such as acids, alkalis and salts of any concentration. Fluorine plastic magnetic pump impeller is divided into: joined impeller - impeller and internal magnetic rotor are integrated into a whole. Split impeller: It has impeller, nut, shaft, rotor and other independent individuals.

3、 Magnetic coupler:

The magnetic coupler is made of fluoroplastic outside and strong magnet inside, which is not only corrosion resistant, but also can be well transported through the magnetic drive impeller.

4、 Reinforcing sleeve:

The inner part of the reinforcing sleeve is an inner isolating sleeve and an outer reinforcing sleeve. The inner isolating sleeve is made of corrosion-resistant fluoroplastic material, which not only plays a role in corrosion resistance but also prevents liquid leakage. It is usually called a static seal.
