(1) First, we must know the flow and raising of the centrifuge pump. This is the basic performance parameters of the centrifugal pump. Others can not be in a hurry to determine, but this needs to be determined first. Only when the flow of the centrifugal pump is clear, can the model and size of the centrifugal pump be determined.

(2) Then you need to know where the pump is used. If it is used underwater, you can choose a submersible pump or liquid pump. If it is used on the land, you can choose a horizontal centrifugal pump when the use space is relatively large, and the use space can choose a vertical centrifugal pump.

(3) Look at the corrosiveness in the liquid. If there is no corrosive material, you can usually use cast iron or stainless steel. If it is corrosive, you can choose stainless steel or ordinary plastic and a fluoroplastic centrifugal pump. Specifies can be selected according to the liquid medium used by the user.

(4) Then check whether there are fiber, impurities and particles in the liquid. If there is no granular impurities, general centrifugal pumps can be used. If there are particles or fibers, you can choose to have no blocking pump.

(5) Determine the required centrifugal pump to the user whether it is a direct connection or a couplet. Generally, the direct connection can be connected directly to the pump head. The pump of the bearing type is connected to the pump head through the bearing and the coupling. These two connections are different. You can first determine the customers.
