1. Basic composition
The entire constant pressure water supply system is composed of a CX-D series variable frequency constant pressure water-saving irrigation automatic control device and a water pump motor combination (see Figure 1). Some water-saving irrigation bases are designed with multiple irrigation methods such as sprinkler irrigation, micro sprinkler irrigation, and drip irrigation, and different irrigation methods require different working pressures. To ensure that the same water supply network can provide different working pressures for different irrigation methods, On the basis of the CX-B series variable frequency constant voltage control device, a multi stage pressure setting conversion circuit has been added, which can automatically control one or more three-phase water pump motors simultaneously (see Figure 3)
2. Working principle
The CX-D series variable frequency constant pressure water-saving irrigation automatic control device operates on the same principle as the CX-B series variable frequency constant pressure water supply automatic control device, except for the multi-stage pressure setting conversion circuit. The multi-stage pressure setting conversion circuit is designed with four pressure levels corresponding to sprinkler irrigation, micro sprinkler irrigation, drip irrigation, and pipeline irrigation. During irrigation, the PLC outputs corresponding control signals according to the irrigation method, The pressure setting conversion circuit automatically switches to the corresponding pressure level, and the device supplies water at constant pressure under this set pressure, achieving water-saving irrigation
