We have not processed such parts before. Through investigation, we have learned that each manufacturer is basically processed on the bedding bed. The processing form is shown in Figure 2.
1. End face surface to be processed at both ends
With a large rod, due to the constraints of the minimum pore diameter, the diameter of the rod is limited, and the diameter cannot be increased to improve the rigidity of the rod. However, the processing efficiency is low, the design of the workmanship is complicated, and the technical level of the operator is high.
