Submersible sewage pump:

If the submersible sewage pump is not used temporarily, it can be started and operated for half an hour every 7-10 days to prevent the motor, starter and other electrical equipment and the rotating parts of the water pump from rusting. If the submersible sewage pump is out of service for a long time, it shall be taken out for maintenance, rust removal, oiling and replacement, and stored in the warehouse after assembly.

Centrifugal pump:

For the centrifugal pump out of service, lift the pump and rubber hose out of the pump well and drain the water stored in the pump and rubber hose. Then, carefully check the impeller, bearing, cup and other parts of the water pump according to the technical requirements, and replace them in time if they are damaged. Clean the bearing with gasoline, coat it with butter, and then install it. The bottom valve, elbow and other iron castings of the water pump shall be derusted if rusted, and then coated with butter to prevent them from being stored in a dry place for reuse in winter and spring.

Motor:

The motor is not subject to moisture for a long time, so it should be disassembled, pulled back indoors, and the dirt on the motor housing should be wiped clean. Check the intactness of the movement part according to the technical requirements. If there are worn parts, repair or replace them, and store them in the warehouse after meeting the technical requirements. If it is stopped for a short time, the motor and starter can be covered with linoleum or plastic cloth to prevent rain, moisture and dust.

Diesel engine:

In summer, autumn and rainy season, the diesel engines that are not used temporarily at the riverside and well shall be carried indoors in time. Carry out a thorough inspection, maintenance, replacement and oiling according to the technical requirements to keep all parts in good technical condition. Then, it shall be elevated for storage in winter and spring.
