The hydraulic voltage pump is driven by a large area of low -pressure gas to generate a small -area piston end of high -pressure fluids. A very low pressure on the large diameter air -driven piston, when the pressure acts on a small area of piston, generates a high pressure. Through a two -level five -way air -controlling direction valve, the booster pump can achieve continuous operation. The high -pressure plunger controlled by one -way valve continues to discharge the liquid, and the exit pressure of the booster pump is related to the air -driven pressure. When the pressure between the driver and the output liquid part is balanced, the booster pump will stop running and no longer consume air. When the output pressure decreases or the air -driven pressure increases, the booster pump will automatically start operation until it reaches the pressure balance again.

Large output traffic: You can get a large output traffic for only a very low compressed air driver.

 

Automatic pressure: When the output pressure is close to setting the pressure value, the pump movement speed slows down until it stops. And maintain this pressure. At this time, the energy consumption is very small, no heat generates, and no part of movement. When the pressure balance is broken, the booster pump automatically starts to work until the next balance.

 

Good material: The material of the high -pressure part is stainless steel. The high -voltage plunger material is stainless steel, which uses double -layer seal.

 

Simple maintenance: less parts and sealing of pneumatic pump pumps, simple maintenance and low cost.
