Characteristics of horizontal water pumps

The water pumps produced by the factory are suitable for pumping and discharging sewage and sludge in various harsh environments. The water pump is of the downdraft type, capable of extracting surface water from the working surface. The electric motor is a water filled submersible three-phase stepper motor. Able to work in long-term diving or working above the water surface. Small footprint, convenient installation and use, reliable and durable, and long service life. Below is an introduction to the usage conditions of horizontal water pumps.

Service conditions for horizontal water pumps

A horizontal water pump is a water lifting device that directly connects the motor and water pump to work underwater. Mainly suitable for water supply and drainage projects in farmland irrigation, cities, and industrial and mining enterprises.

Power requirements for the use of horizontal water pumps:

1. The rated frequency is 50 Hz, and the rated voltage at the motor end should be 380 plus or minus 5% of the three-phase AC power supply (special orders are required if the user's voltage is 660 volts)

2. The load power of the transformer should not exceed 75% of its capacity.

When the transformer is far from the well, the voltage drop of the transmission line should be considered. For motors with a power greater than 45KW, the distance from the transformer to the well head should not exceed 20 meters. When it is greater than 20 meters, the specification of the transmission line should be two levels larger than that of the matching cable, and the voltage drop of the line should be considered.
