  5. The bottom valve of the self -absorbing pump must have sufficient flooding depth. The depth of submerging from the valve plane should be equal to 1.5 to 2 times the outer diameter of the bottom valve, at least not less than 0.5m. If it is too shallow, it is easy to form vortex, which sucks the air, generates vapor erosion and damages the impeller and pump shell. If you find that the water pump is running quickly, you can put a few wooden boards on the water surface to reduce the vortex and prevent the air from entering the pump shell.

  6. The self -suction pump is equipped with a deflated screw. In order to facilitate the air deflation, you can use the same threaded faucet to replace the air -deformed screws. Open the faucet when you air deflation.

  7. The vacuum of the self -absorbing pump is limited. The vacuum is too large, which can easily vaporize the water in the pump and be unfavorable to the self -absorbing pump. Therefore, their respective water pumps have their maximum allowable suction, and they are generally between 3 and 8.5m, and they should be controlled in this range during installation.

  8. Pay attention to exhaust. Before starting the self -absorbing pump, the water should be added to eliminate the air in the self -absorbing pump; usually open the airwalk plug on the pump cover regularly to eliminate the air accumulated in it.
