The newly purchased and installed magnetic drive pump needs to be tested in advance after installation. Shenyi Pump Co., Ltd. tells you that the following magnetic drive pump testing methods and precautions should be followed when testing centrifugal pumps.

1. Before starting the magnetic drive pump, it is prohibited to conduct idling no-load test run. The liquid test run shall be carried out according to the operating procedures specified above in the operating instructions of the centrifugal pump. For the forced lubrication system, the temperature rise of the bearing oil of the centrifugal pump shall not exceed 28 ℃, and the temperature of the bearing metal shall be less than 93 ℃.

2. For centrifugal pump of oil ring lubrication or splash lubrication system, the temperature of lubricating oil shall not exceed 39 ℃, and the temperature of bearing parts shall be less than 82 ℃.

3. When testing the magnetic drive pump, the vibration value of the bearing of the centrifugal pump should also be checked. The vibration standard of the bearing of the centrifugal pump can refer to the vibration standard of the relevant petrochemical rotating machinery.

4. During the test run of the magnetic drive pump, the centrifugal pump should operate in a very balanced and noiseless manner. The coolant and lubricating oil systems should be normal. The centrifugal pump and its auxiliary pipelines should not leak.

5. During the commissioning of the magnetic pump, attention should be paid to whether the current of the centrifugal pump motor operates within the specified range. If the current exceeds the specified range, it means that the actual working condition lift is lower than the pump lift. At this time, it is recommended to turn down the outlet valve to control the flow of the centrifugal pump so that its current can be used within the rated current range.
