The type selection of the valve body type of the diaphragm pump is the most important link in the selection of the diaphragm pump. There are many types of diaphragm pump valve. Commonly used are 10 types such as direct single -seat, two -seater, horned, diaphragm, small flow, three -way, eccentric rotation, butterfly, sleeve, and spherical shape. Before selecting the valve, carefully analyze the media, process conditions and parameters of the control process, collect sufficient data, understand the requirements of the system on the diaphragm pump, and determine the type of valve to use according to the collected data. In the specific choice, you can consider from the following aspects:

  (1) The shape structure of the valve core is mainly considered according to factors such as the selected flow characteristics and unbalanced force.

  (2) wear resistance. When the fluid media contains a suspension of high concentration wear particles, each closure of the valve core and valve seat junction surface will be severely friction every time. Therefore, the flow of the valve should be smooth, and the internal materials of the valve should be hard.

  (3) Corrosion resistance. Due to the corrosiveness of the medium, try to choose a simple valve as much as possible without the regulatory function.

  (4) The temperature and pressure of the medium. When the temperature, pressure and changes in the medium are high, the materials of the valve core and valve seat should be selected from the valve with less temperature and pressure.

  (5) Prevent flash steaming and vacation. Flash steaming and vacation only produce in the liquid medium. In the actual production process, flash steaming and vacation not only affect the calculation of the flow coefficient, but also form vibration and noise, which shorten the service life of the valve. Therefore, when selecting the valve, the valve should be prevented from flashing and vacating.
