(1) Select the pump according to the use

If it is to increase or stabilize household water pressure, a small supercharged pump can be selected; if it is to overcome the resistance of the system and increase the system cycle power, the circulating water pump should be selected.


(2) Select the pump according to pressure and flow

The pressure here means that the pressure provided by the water pump is greater than the total pressure loss of the system. If there is a requirement of the head in the construction diagram, the selection of the pump must meet this requirement. In addition to considering stress, we must also take into account the impact of water flow. The larger the water flow, the smaller the useful pressure provided by the pump. On the contrary, the greater the pressure. When the water flow is zero, the pressure is the largest.

In addition to considering the consistent water pump caliber as the pipeline, the choice of pumps must also consider whether the selected power and raising can truly supercharged and stabilize, but also the convenience of use.


A. First of all, determine the working voltage, current, raising and flow, caliber size, and the static static raising of the water flow during the maximum pump. The required journey must be higher than the specified pumping height. You can refer to the raising flow curve diagram to select and determine.

B. Select volume and appearance requirements (thread interface, direction of inlet and out of water inlet, caliber size, etc.)

C. Determine the working environment (temperature, medium)

D. Determine functional requirements (time control, action control, pressure control, flow control, speed regulation, etc.)


The so -called use is convenient, that is, the water pump is required to have a control function; when the hot water valve is turned on, the pump is running; when the hot water valve is turned off, the pump is stopped, so that the pump is still running after the valve is turned off, which will damage the water pump to the water pump Essence What kind of pressure -booster pump can solve this problem? That is the automatic booster pump. The working principle of the automatic pressure pump is: When the built -in water flow sensor flows, the pump power supply is connected through the detection of the flow. When the water flow becomes smaller or equal to zero, the water wheel rotor slows or stops, and the pump pumps The power is cut off. Another solution is the external hydraulic switch of the supercharged pump. When the valve is turned on, the pressure difference increases, the water pressure switch moves, the power pump is started; Switch back, cut off the power, and the pump stops. This method of installing the water pressure switch is more troublesome.
