1) Before the self -suction pump is installed, you should check whether the pump body is filled with water. If there is no liquid, the possibility of self -suction pump is empty or burned. So be sure to fill enough water before use. Whether there is water leakage, if there is any failure of water leakage, it should be eliminated. When the self -suction pump is running, the impeller should not be stuck or friction.

(2) Before starting the pump, the power supply of the imported valve needs to be connected well. The power supply should start the power supply to check whether the motor reverses to ensure that the steering of the motor is the same as the direction of the arrow marked. The exit valve cannot be closed when the self -suction pump is used. If the pumping of the liquid is stopped, the valve should be closed and the power supply is closed. If the pumping medium is solidified, the pump should be stopped and then turned off until the medium in the pump body is discharged.

(3) View whether each bolt of the self -suction pump is loosened and whether there are foreign objects in the pump body to prevent the self -suction pump from being damaged during the running process. The water intake pipe and the water outlet pipeline of the self -absorbing pump cannot be supported by the pump body. It needs a separate support body. The water inlet pipe diameter of the self -suction pump should be consistent with the inhalation port of the self -suction pump. The pump's self -suction height, and the import pipes will become smaller. We recommend that your users use the same caliber as the manufacturers.

(4) In order to ensure the use of safety and maintenance, it is usually installed on the exit pipeline of the self -suction pump and a pressure gauge near the exit. For the high -rising self -suction pump, in order to avoid the water hammer, it should also be in front of the export gate valve. Installing a stop valve can avoid the loss of power that suddenly occurs, and then ensure that the self -suction pump runs under the ideal conditions.

(5) The import and exit of the self -priming pump will have a dust cover, which should be disassembled during use. In order to facilitate maintenance and use, a ball valve can be installed in each of the pump's inlet and export pipes, and the inverse stop valve should be installed in the export pipe to prevent liquid return.
