1 Pressure - temperature level
The pressure temperature level of the multi-functional water pump control valve is determined by the pressure temperature level of the shell, internal components, and control pipe system materials. The maximum allowable working pressure of the multi-functional water pump control valve at a certain temperature is the smaller of the maximum allowable working pressure values of the shell, internal components, and control pipe system materials at that temperature.
1.1 The pressure temperature level of the iron shell should comply with the provisions of GB/T17241.7.
1.2 The pressure temperature level of the steel shell should comply with the provisions of GB/T9124.
1.3 For materials with pressure temperature grades not specified in GB/T17241.7 and GB/T9124, relevant standards or design regulations can be followed.
2 Valve body
2.1 Valve body flange
The flange should be integrally cast with the valve body. The type and size of iron flanges should comply with the provisions of GB/T17241.6, and the technical conditions should comply with the provisions of GB/T17241.7; The type and size of steel flanges should comply with the provisions of GB/T9113.1, and the technical conditions should comply with the provisions of GB/T9124.
2.2 The length of the valve body structure is shown in Table 1.
2.3 Minimum wall thickness of valve body
The minimum wall thickness of cast iron valve bodies should comply with the provisions of Table 3 in GB/T13932-1992, and the minimum wall thickness of cast steel valve bodies should comply with the provisions of Table 1 in JB/T8937-1999.
3 Valve cover diaphragm seat
3.1 The connection type between the valve cover and diaphragm seat, as well as between the diaphragm seat and the valve body, should be flange type.
3.2 The number of connecting bolts between the diaphragm seat and the valve body shall not be less than 4.
3.3 The minimum wall thickness of the valve cover and diaphragm seat shall comply with the requirements of 2.3.
The flange of the valve cover and diaphragm seat should be circular. The flange sealing surface can be of flat, raised or concave convex type.
