1. DC brushless water pump test




a. Press the button switch to start the operation of the water pump



b. Observe the readings of the ammeter and voltmeter on the regulated power supply; Current, voltage within 5% of high value




c. Observe the water supply height of the water pump, and measure the height when the water just overflows




2. DC brushless water pump flow test;




a. After operating the water pump normally, time and test the flow rate for 1 minute. Is the flow rate at the set value of 5% liters/hour?




b. There are no obstacles at the water pump inlet




c. There should be no air or bubbles inside the hose. If there is air or bubbles, first turn off the power supply of the water pump, wait for the water level in the plastic hose to reach zero, and then conduct another power on test and observation.


d. Is the contact between the hose and the water pump outlet outstanding




3. Leakage test:




a. Insert the plastic open hose 10CM into the inlet and outlet of the water pump




b. After the normal operation of the water pump draws water, keep the inlet pipe in the water, tightly block the outlet with your hand, and wipe the water outside the pump to see if there are any water droplets or seepage from the pump.
