1. If the inlet is leaking, the pump should be stopped to check the leakage inlet pipeline and flange of the centrifugal pump.

2. If the entrance is blocked, the pump should be discontinued to check the leakage entrance pipeline and impeller of the centrifugal pump, and it should be repaired after blowing.

3. If the entrance pressure is not enough, the back pressure of the liquid should be increased.

4. If the temperature of the entrance medium is too high, the temperature of the medium should be reduced and the steam in the centrifugal pump should be emptied.

5. If the entrance valve is not opened or the valve core falls off, it should be opened after the valve or the pump is changed.

6. If the export opening is too large (small), the opening degree of each valve should be adjusted appropriately.

7. If the oil is sealed with water, the oil sealing tank should be dehydrated.

8. If the liquid level of the inner liquid surface of the tower or container is low, it should be temporarily closed at the outlet valve of the small centrifugal pump or the stopped pump treatment.

9. If the impeller or inner mill is worn, it should be replaced in a timely manner.

10. If the motor reverses, adjust the steering in time.
