Sometimes due to the poor corrosion resistance and temperature resistance of the sealing end surface, or insufficient cooling, or the granular impurities when the end surface is installed, it can also cause the vibration and fever of the mechanical seal.
② Mechanical sealing medium leakage. During the static pressure test, the mechanical seal is often bruised, deformed, damaged, and unclean is often bruised due to unspokenness during installation. The machine and equipment are not accurate enough, so that the cover does not fully fit, it will cause the medium to leak. If it is a shaft leakage, the shaft sleeve sealing ring is not compressed or insufficient or damaged.
③ Periodic or paroxysmal leakage. The mechanical sealing rotor component is cyclically vibrated, and the axial dynamic volume is too large, which will cause leakage.
④ The recurring leakage of mechanical seal. There are many reasons for mechanical sealing frequent leakage. In the first aspect, the recurring leak caused by the sealing end facial defects; the second is the recurring leak caused by auxiliary sealing circles; the third aspect is the leak caused by spring defects. Other aspects include leaks caused by rotor vibrations. Transmission, tight and stop -pushing parts in poor quality or loosening cause leaks;
⑤ The mechanical sealing vibration is too large. The mechanical sealing vibration is too large, which eventually leads to losing the sealing effect. However, the cause of large mechanical sealing vibration is often not just the cause of the mechanical seal itself. Other parts of the pump are also the root cause of vibration.
