1. The inlet and outlet pipes and the flow passage of PP strong self-priming sewage pump impeller are partially blocked, and scale is deposited in the pump body. Check the pipeline and pump chamber to remove the blockage, and re adjust the valve size.

2. The voltage is low. The solution for insufficient flow of PP strong self-priming sewage pump: stable voltage.

3. The motor runs in the wrong direction, and the speed of the motor is very slow due to lack of phase. Change the wiring of the motor, adjust the rotation direction of the motor, check the power incoming line and fasten the motor wiring.

4. The inlet pipe of PP strong self-priming sewage pump leaks, which causes the PP strong self-priming sewage pump to be in the state of air suction all the time. Check the air leakage point of the inlet pipe, repair the air leakage hole, tighten each sealing surface, and exhaust the air.

5. PP strong self-priming sewage pump is not filled with liquid, and there is air in the pump chamber. Unscrew the upper cover of PP strong self-priming sewage pump or open the exhaust valve to exhaust air.

6. The water supply flow of the inlet pipe of the PP strong self-priming sewage pump is insufficient to the flow required by the PP strong self-priming sewage pump, or the suction stroke is too high, and the bottom valve of the inlet pipe of the PP strong self-priming sewage pump is not well sealed and leaks. Stop the pump for inspection (this phenomenon is easy to occur in the use of pipe network tap water pipe and with suction head), adjust and shorten the suction head distance, or replace the self-priming pump.

7. The resistance of the pump outlet pipeline is too large, the pump type is improper, or the selected pump head cannot be reached. Reduce pipeline bends. If there are too many bends, install an automatic exhaust valve to remove the condensed air at the pipeline bends, or reselect the pump.
