1. If the pump is generated at the entrance of the pump, check the pump leakage entrance pipeline and flange.

2. If the entrance of the pump is blocked, the pump checks the entrance of the pump and clear the block at the entrance.

3. If the entrance pressure is insufficient, the back pressure of the liquid surface should be improved.

4. If the medium temperature at the entrance of the pump is too high, the temperature of the medium should be reduced. If the saturated steam is too large, the steam in the pump should be discharged clean.

5. If the entrance valve is not opened or the valve core falls off, the entrance valve should be opened or pumped for maintenance work.

6. If the export valve is too large or too small, the opening valve should be appropriately adjusted.

7. If a shaft seal water, it should be dehydrated with a shaft oil tank.

8. If the liquid level in the tower or container is too low or there is no liquid level, it should be temporarily closed with the small exit valve or the stopping of the pump until the liquid surface rises.

9. If the impeller or inner grinding ring is very serious, the impeller or inner grinding ring should be replaced.

10. If the motor reverses, the rotation direction should be adjusted immediately.
