1. Check whether the appearance of the motor parts of the thermal oil pump is not damaged and complete.

2. Put the heat oil pump for a car, add the lubricating oil, and then open the cooling water to fill the pump cavity with cooling water.

3. Draw the oil before the oil pump, and then preheat the heat conductor pump in advance.

4. Open all the entrance valve, then turn all the valve, open all the exhaust valves to fill the liquid full of the entire pump cavity.

5. Start the motor, then check the temperature of the motor and the temperature of the bearings, and check if there are abnormal conditions such as leakage or vibration of the thermal oil pump.

6. When the exit pressure of the thermal oil pump reaches the rated value, the exit valve should be gradually opened, and the oil seal is added after running normally.

7. Before starting the spare pump, you should do a good job of inspection and preparation before starting. The thermal oil pump should be fully heated.

8. Open all the entrance valve of the thermal oil pump, and then turn all the outlet valve to ensure that the liquid medium in the pump body is filled, and then the gas is drained through the exhaust valve.

9. Start the motor to view the operation of each component. After running the normal current stable, then gradually open the outlet valve of the spare pump, and then gradually turn off the exit valve of the small heat conductive oil pump.
