The most important factor to determine the quality of a product and its market share is its structural characteristics, which is also one of the decisive factors of the product; Different structures make products have different characteristics. What I want to share with you today is the characteristics of submersible pumps produced by the pump industry.

Submersible pump is a kind of engineering machinery, which has a compact structure and is equipped with various status displays and protective devices to ensure the safe and reliable operation of submersible pump.


First, it has a unique cable sealing design, which solves the potential safety hazard of cable leakage;

Second, the Class F insulated stator is equipped with components for thermal protection;

Third, submersible pumps above 18.5KW need to have external circulating water for automatic cooling to ensure safe operation of submersible pumps under the lowest water level;

Fourthly, float switch shall be installed to monitor the sealing of motor side unit;

Fifth, oil and water probes need to be installed on the oil chamber to monitor the side machine of the water pump. Once water leakage occurs, the system will automatically alarm;

Sixth, double-sided mechanical seal. The materials used for the seal are tungsten carbide, silicon carbide and hard alloy. The purpose is to prevent water from entering the motor, so as to ensure the safe operation of submersible pump; Seventh, in order to ensure the service life of submersible pump, auxiliary impeller is installed, which is mainly used to balance the external pressure generated during mechanical seal; Eighth, a replaceable wear sleeve is installed between the impeller and the lower end of the volute.
