Inspection and maintenance of rubber bearing shells for three-phase non clogging sewage pump components:

Inspection and maintenance of rubber bearing shells for components, disassemble the pump, clean the components with kerosene or gasoline before inspection and maintenance, and pay attention to cleaning the pump rubber bearing shells with water.

Inspection and maintenance of bearings for three-phase unblocked sewage pumps:

Check the surface of the bearing for cracks, wear, and eccentric wear. Even wear marks on the bearing pads of the pump after use are normal; If it is severe wear or eccentric wear, it is necessary to identify the cause and eliminate the fault or replace the bearing with a new one.

Special personnel shall be assigned to manage and use it, and regularly check whether the insulation resistance between the electric pump winding and the casing is normal.

After each use, especially for thicker and more viscous media, the submersible electric pump should be placed in clean water and run for a few minutes to prevent sediment from leaving inside the pump and ensure the cleanliness of the submersible sewage pump.

If not in use for a long time, the electric pump should be taken out of the water and should not be soaked in water for a long time to reduce the chance of moisture on the motor stator winding and increase the service life of the electric pump. Paint can be sprayed on the areas where the paint falls off to avoid rusting.

Under normal conditions, the sewage pump should be filled or replaced with engine oil (No. 10-30 engine oil) in the oil chamber after every 300-500 hours of use to maintain good lubrication of the mechanical seal and improve its service life.

After disassembling and repairing the pump, the casing components must undergo a 0.2MPa air tightness test to ensure reliable sealing of the motor. It is recommended to use a click method to detect the water pump and ensure that the product is normal before starting the motor.

Replacing the sealing ring: After long-term use in sewage medium, the gap between the impeller and the sealing ring may increase, causing a decrease in the flow rate and efficiency of the water pump. The electric switch should be turned off, the water pump should be lifted, the bottom cover should be removed, the sealing ring should be removed, and the sealing ring should be matched according to the actual size of the impeller mouth ring. The gap is generally around 0.5mm.
