(1) Put the bearings on the bearing box and the bearing seat respectively.

(2) Put the felt circle on the bearing end cover, C, and bearing box.

(3) Put the bearing end cover B and C on the bearing seat and tighten it with bolts.

(4) Put the bearing box installed on the shaft, screw the round nut, and fasten the bearing lid on the bearing box (public account: pump steward).

(5) Put the shaft into the bearing seat, fix it with bolts, twist the screw, and install the bearings on the support seat, and put the water blocking ring on the appropriate position of the lower bearing.

(6) The connection is fixed on the bearing seat, and the pump cover is installed in the lower part of the connecting pipe, the impeller is installed on the lower part, and the pump front cover is installed in turn, and the bolt is fixed. Adjust the gap between the impeller and the front cover, (control in 1--1.5mm) and adjust it with a nut to tighten the bolt.

(7) The motor support is installed on the bearing seat with bolts to fasten, loaded the component components of the shaft in the upper end of the shaft, and tightened the motor joints with a fastener screw on the motor shaft. And use bolts to tighten the nut.

(8) Put the asbestos, the elbow elbow, the outlet tube parts from the production order of the pump, and fix it on the support seat.
