1. Inspection before use

(1) Check the casing of the submersible pump for cracks. If there are cracks, they cannot be used.

(2) Check if the seals at the drain holes, water holes, oil holes, and cable joints of the submersible pump are loose. If they are loose, they must be tightened.

(3) Check the insulation resistance of the submersible pump. Using a 500V insulation resistance meter for testing, the insulation resistance should not be less than 5M Ω. If it is lower than this value, the drain hole should be opened, dried or sun dried before use.

(4) It is best not to have any joints in the cable of the submersible pump. If there are any joints, they should be wrapped properly and the entire cable should be free from damage or breakage. Otherwise, the cable should be replaced with a new one. Additionally, the cable should be overhead and not too long.

(5) Before starting, correct the positive and negative poles of the power supply to prevent the water pump from reversing and not producing water.

(6) Before starting the machine, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the power supply circuit and switches, and idle on the ground for 3-5 minutes. If the operation is normal, put it into water and put it into use.
