It is obvious that the submersible sewage pump for the regulating tank operates underwater, and the causes of the failure and the troubleshooting methods are different from those of ordinary pumps. Today, Shenyi Pump will analyze the conditions under which the submersible sewage pump for the regulating tank cannot be started based on years of research and service experience:

One case is that after closing, the submersible sewage pump motor of the regulating pool emits a buzzing sound, indicating that the circuit is open, but the motor does not rotate. At this time, it should be stopped immediately for inspection. The reasons are as follows: one phase of the cable, switch wiring or motor stator winding is blocked, resulting in phase loss power supply; The voltage is too low, which may be caused by low power supply voltage, too long cable and small section, too small transformer capacity or too far from the unit, etc., which shall be checked item by item and eliminated; If the impeller is stuck by sundries or the clearance between the guide bearing and the shaft is too small, and the shaft is seized or bitten, the pump should be lifted to check, clean or repair the bearing.

Another situation is that the motor does not rotate and there is no sound after closing, which indicates that the circuit is not connected. At this time, first check whether the circuit is open or pulled off, whether the fuse contact is good or fused, etc. If the circuit is normal, it may be that the motor stator winding is burnt out. The electric pump can be disassembled to check the motor stator winding. If the inspection is correct, the winding shall be disassembled and the wire shall be replaced.
