The pneumatic diaphragm pump is a positive displacement pump driven by compressed air, whose volume changes due to the reciprocating deformation of the diaphragm. Its working principle is similar to that of the plunger pump. Because of the characteristics of the working principle of the pneumatic diaphragm pump, the pneumatic diaphragm pump has the following characteristics:

(1) The pump will not overheat: driven by compressed air, the exhaust is a process of expansion and heat absorption. The temperature of the pneumatic pump is reduced when it works, and no harmful gas is discharged.

(9) It can transport a wide range of fluids, from low viscosity to high viscosity, from corrosive to viscous.

(10) No complex control system, no cables, fuses, etc.

(11) Small size, light weight, easy to move.

(12) No lubrication is required, so the maintenance is simple, and the working environment will not be polluted due to leakage.

(13) The pump is always efficient and will not be reduced due to wear.

(14) 100% energy utilization. When the outlet is closed, the pump automatically stops, and there is no equipment movement, wear, overload and heating.

(15) There is no dynamic seal, and the maintenance is simple to avoid leakage. There is no dead point during operation.
