3. ZX self -suction pump couplet needs to be tightened with nuts, and the nut locks to avoid loosening the nut. Otherwise, the impeller movement will cause mechanical failure.

4. In order to ensure that a certain amount of storage liquid is maintained in the pump body of the self -suction pump of the diesel engine to achieve better self -absorbing ability and avoid dry grinding from the machine seal. The import of self -suction pumps requires the central line of the pump axis.

5. When installing the ZX self -suction pump, it should be ensured whether there are debris such as stones and iron sand in the self -suction pump and pipeline.

6. During the installation process, the static grounding resistance of the self -suction pump and the pipeline should meet the requirements.

7. Correct the installation gap and coaxiality of the installation between the ZX self -suction pump and the motor couplet, and the non -allowable deviation is 0.1mm. The height difference between the self -suction pump axis and the motor shaft can be adjusted on the feet pad or iron.
