Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Usually 500 pcs,  300 pcs is acceptable for the first trial order.

Q: Can we have a sample for testing? 
A: No problem, can order online directly.

Q: Can your products meet our standards?
Answer: What standards is required? Our products have passed TUVUSCEROHS, CE, Rhos,etc. Multi-national certification

Q: How long is your lead time?
A:stock type can be sent out within 24 hours. Customized products: 10-15 days for samples: 30-35 days for bulk products.

Q: How to ensure the quality of your products?
A: We have a complete management system and passed the IS09001:2015 quality management system certification.We have an independent quality inspection department, and our products pass 100% inspection before leaving the factory.

Q: What is the payment method?
A: Small quantity can order online,  50% deposit, and 50% balance be paid before shipping.
