(1) Connect the Fang -level single -stage single -suction ionized cardiac pump with the in -in -in -in -entry and exit pipeline, and pad the hard object on the base of the vertical pump to avoid damage to the pump body and the pipeline. The diagonal line and the center location are convenient for subsequent assembly.

(2) If the pipeline is not installed, you can first install a single -level single -suction centrifugal pump, and draw a picture to facilitate the installation of the pipeline.

(3) If the pipeline has been installed, first guarantee the entry and exit pipeline on the same center line, and then install a supporting rack near the pipe import and export.

(4) Measure the height of the prefabricated foundation and the pump seat, and leave the height of the shock absorber or shock reduction pad reasonably.

(5) Take a single -grade pump with a shocking electrical drilling hole according to the diagonal and center distance of the pump bolt hole, and buried the expansion screw or screw in advance.

(6) Check the installation position of the single -level single -suction centrifugal pump before assembly and the intact situation of the motor.

(7) The installation location of the vertical pump should be as close to the water source as much as possible to shorten the installation distance.

(8) There are two types of installation methods for centrifugal pumps and bases. One is rigid connection directly installed on the basis of cement. The second is flexible connection using a shock absorber installation.

(9) Direct installation can put the vertical centrifugal pump on the basis of 30mm to 40mm. Then correct it, put the ground foot bolts, fill the cement mortar after filling it, and then re -correct until the cement is dried up for three to five days. After the cement is completely dry, the nut of the ground foot bolts tighten.
