Before assembly of a single -stage single -stage suction water, check the parts of the water pump before the assembly is obviously defective, and dry the parts of the centrifugal pump before assembly work.

(1) You can first place the connection bolts and wire blocks of the IS clean water centrifugal pump on the corresponding accessories.

(2) Put O -type sealing ring, felt, paper pads, etc. on the corresponding accessories, respectively.

(3) Put the filler, sealing ring, filling cover, and filler ring on the corresponding accessories, respectively.

(4) Install the rolling bearing on the shaft and then install it in the suspension, and then combine the cover cover to press the scroll shaft tight and connect the shaft to the bolt.

(5) Install the axis on the shaft and install the pump cover on the suspension, and then install the impeller, stopped pad and the impeller nut and tighten it. Then assemble the above accessories into the pump body, and then tighten the connection screw on the pump body with the pump cover.
