For small pump stations with a diameter of water inlet pipes less than 300mm, the import of water inlet pipes usually has a bottom valve. Generally, the artificial water filling method is mostly used, that is, the water filling hole from the upper part of the water pump shell is used. Fully (or an ordinary bottle with an inverted bottle at the bottom of the bottle) fills the water.
For small pump stations with a diameter of less than 300mm in the water inlet pipe, the import valve is usually provided at the import of the water inlet pipe. It can also fill the water from the water pipe port (pump station with a shorter water outlet road) to the pump. Because there is no need to purchase other water filing equipment, this kind of water supply method is more common in the current small rural pumping stations.
For small pump stations with no bottom valve, inverse valve and short pipeline, you can also use the method to start with the water pipe port to the water pump, so as to gradually bring out the air in the pump and pipeline out of the pipeline out of the pipeline. Generally, after a few minutes of continuous water, the pump can work normally.
The vacuum water tank water supply method can adopt the vacuum water tank water charging method for small pump stations with no bottom valve. The vacuum tank is a closed water tank welded with iron. The volume is at least 3 times the volume of the water inlet pipe. The location of the water tank should be as close to the pump as much as possible. The height of the water tank should also be slightly lower than the axis of the pump. The height of the vacuum water tank is generally twice the diameter of the water tank.
Before starting, seal the water tank with water. After the water pump is started, the pump pumps from the vacuum tank. Due to the decline in the water level of the water tank, a certain vacuum is formed in the water tank. The water in the pond entering the pond will enter the water tank through the water pressure pipe under the influence of the atmospheric pressure. The pump started to run normally. This method of filling the water has the following advantages: small hydraulic loss, high efficiency of pumping stations, low labor intensity of technical personnel, easy startup, and conducive to the automation control of water pump units.
