This is a common cause of magnetic pump failure.

2. Damage to the isolation sleeve: The magnetic coupling of the magnetic pump is cooled by the medium conveyed by the pump. If there are hard particles in the medium, it is easy to scratch or scratch the isolation sleeve. Sometimes it is also possible to damage the isolation sleeve if the maintenance method is improper.

3.Medium-free or small flow of transport media: dry friction between the main shaft of the rotor and the stable bearing, and burn the bearing. Magnetic pumps are lubricated and cooled by conveying media. Without opening the inlet or outlet valves, the sliding bearing is damaged by high temperature due to lubrication and cooling without conveying media.
