The water pump should be installed firmly without deviation, and the levelness of the pump body should not exceed 0.1mm per meter.

The coupling of the pump should maintain coaxiality, with an axial tilt of no more than 0.8mm per meter and a radial displacement of no more than 0.1mm.

After aligning and connecting the driving and driven shafts, the turning gear should be checked for flexibility. After the water pump is connected to the pipeline, it should be recalibrated and aligned. If the pipeline connection is abnormal, the pipeline should be adjusted.

The interior and end of the steel pipe should be cleaned thoroughly and debris should be removed. The flange end faces connected to the water pump inside the steel pipe should be parallel and centered, and cannot be forcibly connected by flange bolts or pipe joints.

After connecting the water pump pipeline to the water pump, welding or gas cutting should not be carried out on the upper part of the water pump to prevent welding slag from entering the pump and damaging the parts of the water pump.
