Please confirm the suitable vehicle model, production year, and component model. There may be many water pumps with similar shapes in the same vehicle model, but they may vary depending on the production year. Please confirm the component model and compare it with the old water pump that was removed. Do not make any mistakes.

Before replacement, the radiator, engine, and impeller cavities will be cleaned and rust spots and debris removed. In this case, metal objects such as rust may invade the mechanical seal of the water pump, leading to premature water leakage.

When installing, please pay attention to replacing the sealing ring or gasket with a new one, and do not apply excessive sealing fluid. Excessive sealing fluid can remain suspended in the coolant in a residual state and may enter between the sealing ring and gasket, causing short-term water leakage.

When installing a vertical water pump, do not hit the shaft rod. When tightening the installation bolts, please tighten them evenly according to the torque specified by the manufacturer. If the shaft rod is knocked during installation, it will cause deformation of the shaft rod, and excessive tightening can easily cause bolt damage, leading to water leakage at the bolt installation site. Please adjust the tightness of the fan belt according to the manufacturer's specified benchmark. If the belt is too tight, it will cause premature wear of the water pump bearings.
