Let's learn about the installation of the booster water pump together, and you can pay attention to the following points.

Loose booster water pump can cause abnormal belt noise or high water temperature. When using the fan clutch and water pump together, please pay attention to surface vibration and oil leakage. When the surface vibration is large, it can easily cause premature damage to the bearings, and in severe cases, it may even cause damage to the body shaft hub. Clutch oil leakage can cause high water temperature.

When replacing the water pump, please do not use used or inferior coolant, and drain the air. Due to the main component of the coolant, ethylene glycol, which is weakly acidic, using inferior coolant can easily generate bubbles, which can cause premature wear and tear of mechanical seal components. In severe cases, it may cause erosion, corrosion, overheating of the water temperature, leakage, and other faults of the impeller and the body.

First, fill the booster pump with liquid, and then start the centrifugal pump. The impeller rotates rapidly, and the blades of the impeller drive the liquid to rotate. When the liquid rotates, it flows towards the outer edge of the impeller relying on inertia. At the same time, the impeller sucks in liquid from the suction chamber. During this process, the liquid in the impeller flows around the blades, and the liquid acts as a lift force on the blades during the flow. In turn, the blades apply a force equal in magnitude and opposite in direction to this lift force to the liquid, This force works on the liquid, causing it to receive energy and flow out of the impeller. At this time, the kinetic energy and pressure energy of the liquid increase.
