(1) Before installation, the magnetic pump and motor should be carefully inspected, and all parts should be intact and there should be no debris in the pump.

(2) Do a good job of concrete foundation work according to the foundation size, and first bury the foundation bolts.

(3) Placing the unit on the foundation allows for the placement of paired wedge pads between the base plate and the foundation, and adjusting the wedge pads can be used to align the horizontal position of the fluoroplastic magnetic centrifugal pump. After the adjustment is completed, tighten the anchor bolts.

(4) The suction and discharge pipelines of magnetic centrifugal pumps should be equipped with brackets and cannot be supported by centrifugal pumps. The inlet and outlet pipeline diameter should be consistent with the inlet and outlet diameter of the magnetic pump.

(5) When installing the self priming water pump, the inlet pipe should be connected first, and then the outlet pipe should be connected after filling with liquid, and the steering direction should be corrected. The imported pipeline needs to be matched with the pump, and the total length cannot exceed 5 meters, otherwise it will affect the self priming performance.

(6) The CQB magnetic drive centrifugal pump prohibits the extraction of media with particles and easy crystallization. It cannot operate continuously with the discharge port closed and needs to maintain a low flow rate at all times.

(7) After the installation is completed, you can manually rotate the coupling to check for any friction. The rotation is easy and even, indicating that the installation is complete.

(8) To prevent debris from entering the pump, a filter can be installed at the inlet, and the filtering area should be three to four times larger than the cross-sectional area of the pipeline.
