(1) When the temperature of the liquid medium is very high, it should be cooled first. The cooling rate can be at 10 ℃/min, and the vehicle can be stopped when the liquid temperature drops below 70 ℃.
(2) Close the discharge valve while simultaneously closing the vacuum gauge and pressure gauge cocks.
(3) Cut off the power supply.
(4) Close the inlet valve again.
(5) If the outlet valve can be closed after stopping the motor first, the high-pressure liquid in the outlet pipe is likely to backflush into the pump, causing the impeller to quickly reverse and easily cause damage.
(6) If parking for a long period of time, the liquid in the pump should be drained, especially when the ambient temperature is below zero degrees Celsius. After parking, the liquid should be drained promptly to avoid freezing the components of the energy-saving and efficient water pump.
(7) If the parking time is relatively long, the energy-saving pump should be disassembled, cleaned, oiled, and properly stored after disassembly.
(8) The energy-saving water pump that has been out of service for a long time needs to be turned once a day to avoid bending of the shaft.
(9) If the energy-saving water pump needs to be disassembled for maintenance, the inlet and outlet valves should be closed and powered off first, and then the warning sign should be hung.
