The classification of liquid pumps
1. Tightly fixed liquid pump
The tight -type hydraulic pump is usually used for low -voltage direct pipelines. The sealing performance depends entirely on the good or bad of the conformity between the plug and the plug. Generally used for PN ≤ 0.6MPa.

The pump of the filler solution is sealed by compacting the filling. Because of the filler, the sealing performance is better. Generally, the pump under this fluid has a filler cover, and the plug does not need to extend the valve body, thereby reducing the leakage path of a working medium. This liquid pump is used in a large amount of PN≤1MPa pressure.
Third, self -sealing solution pump
The self -sealing pump is tightly sealed by the pressure of the plug and the plug through the pressure of the medium itself. The small head of the plug stretchs up the body, and the medium enters the plug head through the small holes in the import, and press the plug upwards. This structure is generally used in the air media.
Fourth, oil sealing liquid pump
Oil sealing pump with mandatory lubrication appeared. Due to the forced lubrication, a layer of oil film is formed between the cover of the plug and the plug. In this way, the sealing performance is better, saving effort to prevent the cover from being damaged (public account: pump steward).
The special liquid pumps used in industrial enterprises are mainly high temperature pumps, that is, the medium transported by the pump under the liquid pump is high temperature liquid. If the high -temperature medium is transported is a high temperature liquid melting salt, this pump is pump under the salt liquid, referred to as a melting salt pump. For high -temperature liquid pumps, the pump is required to resist high temperature, so it has its particularity in the structural design and material selection of the pump.
